Breathwork
During the Breathwork session we will combine ancestral pranayama techniques and modern proven breathing exercises to touch the most intimate of our essence, these techniques will be explore in sequences that have purposes such as improving concentration, entering deep relaxation, learning how to breath in a healthy way, or exploring in meditative states.
The session is carried out with the guidance of Nico, certified breathing instructor, specialist in trauma release.
