These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Lawen Healing Rituals website and to the purchase of products and services offered through our website.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and any other policies displayed on our website.

Orders

• payment cannot be processed or authorised

• an order appears to be intended for unauthorised resale
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide a refund for the cancelled amount.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We begin preparing orders as soon as possible.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us promptly. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched.
Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on our Australian website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Where GST is applicable, it will be included or applied in accordance with Australian law.
Shipping costs, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payments are processed securely through our available payment providers. We do not necessarily receive or store your complete payment card details.
Product Information
We take care to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, ingredients, sizes and other information about our products.
Because many Lawen Healing Rituals products are handcrafted in small batches using natural and organic ingredients, slight variations in colour, scent, texture or appearance may occur between batches. These natural variations do not necessarily indicate a fault or affect the quality of the product.
Product images are intended as a guide, and colours or appearance may vary depending on your screen or device.
Skincare and Individual Results
Our skincare products are created for cosmetic and personal care purposes.

Your rights in relation to lost, damaged, faulty or undelivered goods remain subject to Australian Consumer Law and other applicable legislation.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, Lawen Healing Rituals may offer discounts, promotional codes, gifts or special offers.
Unless otherwise stated:
• promotional offers are available for the specified period or while stocks last
• only one promotional code may be used per order
• promotional codes must be entered before completing checkout
• discounts cannot normally be applied retrospectively to completed orders
• promotions cannot be exchanged for cash
• specific promotions may have additional terms or exclusions
We reserve the right to modify, withdraw or cancel a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
Gift Cards
Where gift cards are offered, they may be used toward eligible purchases from Lawen Healing Rituals in accordance with any conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Expiry dates and other conditions will comply with applicable Australian requirements.
Reviews and Customer Content
We welcome genuine reviews, feedback, photographs and other content from our community.
If you voluntarily submit content to Lawen Healing Rituals for publication, you confirm that the content is your own or that you have permission to share it.
